Camera Trays

SketchLight offers a wide range of underwater camera trays, from the light weight Delrin® Australian made action camera tray through to the aluminium OrcaTorch large camera tray.

The Action Camera Tray has been designed by SketchLight & built here in Melbourne, Australia. Extensive R&D impact strength testing and underwater evaluation has been preformed to refine the design & function of the camera tray, specifically built for the small action cameras such as the Insta360 Ace Pro, GoPro Hero or the DJI Osmo Action (or other similar small to medium size cameras). The camera tray boasts soft hand grips with ball mounts to accommodate up to 2 video lights. SketchLight offer a starter kit bundle with everything you need.

The Hybrid Camera Tray offers the best of both worlds, the SketchLight light weight Delrin® Australian made tray with the OrcaTorch Aluminium handles, offers greater height between the trays to allow for mid-size cameras and with the solid aluminium handles offers great ruggedness. SketchLight can even offer a slightly longer tray option at no extra cost to accommodate larger cameras or the addition of flip out lenses.

The OrcaTorch H02 Camera Tray is specifically designed for the larger camera, boasting a wide and long tray with multiple mounting points this tray will suit the most complex camera rig. Black anodised aluminium.

The OrcaTorch Mini Camera Tray is the smallest camera tray available, ideal for those that don’t want to carry a large camera rig but still have the facility to mount a video light, made from aluminium and anodised black.

The D530V Video Light is the entry level video light at the lowest possible price. Video lights can be very expensive and for someone looking to get into making better quality underwater videos the initial investment cost can be prohibitive. The D530V video light is a cost effective option & SketchLight combine the Action Camera Tray with 2 of these video lights & mounting equipment in a bundle to save even more money.

The D710V Video Light is the next step up, built on the famous D710 dive torch platform, this video light brings not only a brighter output but also supports multiple colour outputs, 2 white modes, 1 red mode & an ultra-violet mode. The D910V Video Light is the top of the range video light from OrcaTorch, this video light is all about power & bringing light to the darkness underwater, matches perfectly with the OrcaTorch aluminium camera tray.

Dive Torches

There is a wide range of dive torches available on the market and determining which torch is the best for your application can be difficult, SketchLight is always happy to assist, we are divers ourselves, so our knowledge comes from application not the description on the side of the box.

SketchLight has a range of budget friendly dive torches, starting with the D580 Dive Torch, this is the cheapest dive torch available with a tight beam angle of 6⁰ and the ability of running off alkaline batteries or lithium-ion this is a great entry level torch. The D530 Dive Torch would be the next step up.

While still budget friendly, the D700 Dive Torch is a very bright powerful option, a brother to the most popular dive torch (the D710 Dive Torch) this torch has the simple twist to operate mechanism but still offers 1,700 lumens at a bargain price.

The D710 Dive Torch is the most popular OrcaTorch sold around the world, this is the highest sold model at SketchLight & we wont be beaten on any comparative advertised price.

The D511 Dive Torch is my preferred dive torch, this is a powerful torch, outputting 2,200 lumes through its 3 LEDs, this can be brighter than some older canister torches. It is a full size torch, perfect as a primary or backup light. If you are looking for something bright then definitely try this torch!

The D630 V2.0 Canister Dive Torch canister torch is the go-to light for cave & wreck divers, it’s 4,000 lumens and unltra long burn time make this the flagship of the OrcaTorch range. SketchLight can offer the best deal in Australia on this light, call us to discuss. If budget is a concern, OrcaTorch also offer the D620 V2.0 Canister Dive Torch at half the price. We stock the latest V2.0 versions of these lights at our Melbourne warehouse.

SketchLight also offer a range of specialty torches, for cave divers (and others) we offer the Mazu TD01 dive headlamp headlamp and for those who hunt lobsters or love night dives we offer a special D530-RED Dive Torch, this will not spook the wildlife like a normal white light will. We also stock the SD03 Dive Beacon & D560 Dive Mask Torch.
